DNA sequencing and expression analysis center
Biocenter Oulu facilities offer services and equipment for research projects dealing with DNA/RNA analyses. These include extraction with QIAsymphony, electrophoresis with QIAxcel, DNA sequencing and genotyping using ABI3500xL Genetic Analyzer, or microarray analyses with Affymetrix system.
