About the project

The research undertaken in this project aims to develop efficient systems for the production of disulfide bond containing proteins in the cytoplasm of E.coli and to use these for examining structure-function relationships of proteins. Our system is already approaching levels of CHO for the production of aglycosylated full length antibodies.
