About the project
The BCO Transgenic core facility provides a wide repertoire of services connected to the generation, archiving, and, to some extent, analysis of genetically modified mice. New and emerging technologies in the field are constantly evaluated and set up. National and international activities, including the Biocenter Finland-linked FinnMouse consortium, the ESFRI-Infrafrontier project, the European Mouse Mutant Archive, and NorIMM, the Nordic Infrastructure for Mouse Models, have become important parts of our function.
