When invited to attend a Thesis Follow-up Meeting, you must fill in a requested form provided in the invitation email. The form that you fill in depends on whether, or not, you have attended a Thesis Follow-up Committee Meeting before. If it is the first time that you will attend a Thesis Follow-up committee meeting at the BCO Doctoral Programme, fill in the Research Plan Form. If this is not the first time that you will attend a thesis follow-up committee meeting at the BCO Doctoral Programme, fill in the Progress Report Form.
