I am a PhD student and work on the topic "Targeting Acute Myelod Lekeimia (AML) by the Leucemic Matrisome Interface". Thereby I am using and developing an invitro bone marrow model to investigate how AML cells manipulate their environment via the extracellular matrix to evade chemotherapy.
