If you have obtained your first academy degree, i.e., Bachelor's degree or equivalent, you can apply to a Master's Degree Programme of the University of Oulu.

Similarly, if you already have a Master's degree, it may be possible to continue your studies to a Ph.D. degree in Oulu.
