Huoltokatkon arvioitu kesto on 4 tuntia. Huoltokatkon aikana uusitaan
palomuurijärjestelmä ja tänä aikana eri verkkopalvelun käytössä
esiintyy häiriöitä ja katkoja.

Jos huoltokatkon jälkeen koet yhteysongelmia, ota yhteyttä
osoitteeseen tietoverkko(at)oulu.fi ja ilmoita seuraavat tiedot:

-aika ja kuvaus havaitusta ongelmasta
-palvelun tai sovelluksen tyyppi (esim. www-palvelu, sähköposti, ftp)
-palvelun osoite (esim. www.google.com, weboodi.oulu.fi)
-käyttämäsi yhteys (esim. kotilaajakaista, eduroam WLAN, 
 yliopiston kiinteä verkko)
-laitteesi IP-osoite, mikäli mahdollista

Estimated duration of maintenance is 4 hours. During this time
we perform firewall system upgrade and users will experience interruptions
within network services.

If you experience connection problems after maintenance break please contact
tietoverkko(at)oulu.fi and describe your problem with following information:

-date and time of the problem
-type of service or application (e.g. www service, email, skype, ftp)
-address of service (e.g. www.google.com, weboodi.oulu.fi)
-connection you used (e.g. home broadband connection ,eduroam wireless,
 University’s VPN, University’s wired connection)
-your IP address if possible
