The eating place of Willow grouses (Lagopus lagopus). Willow grouses have found way to the young shoots of mountain birches
(Betula pubescens subsp.czerepanowii). Sun shines at the end of January at the areas of northermost areas of Fennoscandia.
Standing deaths of some weeds in Oulu february 2007. In picture among others: common tansy (Tanacetum vulgare), mugwort
(Artemisia vulgaris)
and bushgrass (Calamagrostis epigeijos). The snowlayer in Oulu is often thin - so in this winter, too.
