I study health behaviour aspects, especially related to eating and physical activity. The topic of my thesis was disordered eating behavior, weight and physical activity in young men and working-aged adults with obesity.

I completed my Master's studies in nutrition at the University of Eastern Finland. My primary interests are the psychology of eating behavior, the prevention of obesity and behavior that promotes health and well-being.
