Paula Loukkola is a university teacher in early childhood education at the University of Oulu. He has long been a teacher and trainer in various projects. In her own dissertation research, Paula is interested in relationality, cooperation between parents and early childhood education teachers in the context of children individual education plan discussions, and narrativity. In previous research, she has also focused on the quality of early childhood education and on children's individual early childhood education plans.
