Science into Products - SciPro

The aim of the SciPro-project is to start the air-related network of expertise (SkyPro Oulu - Clean Air Cluster) that produces top level multidisciplinary research to the companies and thereby brings science into the products and production technologies. When possible, the research results will be published internationally in order to increase the nation- and worldwide standing of the regional know-how. The SkyPro Oulu brings together industry and related research branches, especially in Oulu area. During the SciPro-project, the basis for the SkyPro Oulu -research centre will be established, and the centre will continue after the SciPro-project as a coordinating unit of the network. The other possible task of SkyPro research centre is to carry out short-term applied research assignments from industry.

SciPro-project is jointly managed by the Mass and Heat Transfer Process Laboratory and the Micropolis Technology Centre.
