Thule Institute cooperates with national and international research and educational institutions as well as business life.

The research program of the Institute is realized in cooperation with the University of Oulu units, other universities and research institutes. Thule Institute promotes doctoral studies in collaboration with its partners in the Institute's research fields. The Institute also arranges seminars and conferences.

Thule Institute takes part in national and international research strategy work, aimed at focusing research into areas that are important and topical from the point of view of society.
