The PhD training course "Security in a changing world" will be held in the conjunction of Kastelli Symposium in November 12 -16, 2012 at the University of Oulu, Finland, Environmental Sciences Building, Lecture Hall IT113
The course is organized by the Nordic Top Level Research Initiative Network "People and Ecosystems in Changing Environment" led by Thule Institute of University of Oulu and UArctic Thematic Networks on Health and Well-being in the Arctic and Global Change. The teachers also include experts from Thematic Networks on Arctic Law and Geopolitics and Security.
