Planned service breaks

Peppi service break 2.-3.6.2025

Due to a version update, the service will be temporarily unavailable starting on Monday, 2 June at 8:00 AM. Access to Peppi service is available on Wednesday, 4 June at 9:00 AM. During the service break, Peppi's desktops and Study Guide are not in use and Peppi cannot be logged into. During the service break enrollment to Open University studies is not possible and transcript of records cannot be downloaded.

At the Open University you can supplement your working life skills and knowledge by completing, or just familiarize yourself with university studies. You can even aim for becoming a degree student by completing specified open university studies.

The Open University route

The Open University Route offers you the possibility to become a degree student at the University of Oulu. By completing open university studies defined by the degree programme in question you are eligible to to apply, and can be selected for the degree programme. However, completing open university studies does not automatically entitle an applicant to receive a study place.
