eCounselling for Every Student Project
University of Oulu takes part in the EU project eCounselling for Every Student! The main goal of the project is to make theory of online student counselling methods into practice in collaboration between Oulu University of Applied Sciences, University of Oulu, Centria University of Applied Sciences, Oulu Vocational College and the network of upper secondary schools in Oulu. The project started on the 1st January 2018 and it will last until 30th June 2020.
The purpose is to accelerate the transition from secondary level to higher education level and from higher education level to working life with the use of best practices of digital student counselling. One main purpose is also to enhance the equality of different learners by introducing digital applications and methods that meet the requirements of digital counselling and guidance.
The project will make the most of the “Best Practices” –guide book which is the final result of the Online Student Counselling Project of Oulu University of Applied Sciences.
