We received 1300 proposals for the development of the operating culture – the co-creation of code of conduct continues
We are now inviting our entire community to the second stage of co-creation. In the first phase between 9 and 19 October 2023, we collected proposals from the whole community to develop our operating culture. We received more than 1300 responses and now in the second phase you get to see and weigh the ideas produced by others.
You can answer until 1 November at 4 pm 2023. Response links have been sent to students by e-mail on 20 October 2023 with the title ”Tervetuloa punnitsemaan ratkaisuja toimintakulttuurimme kehittämiseksi - Welcome to weigh up proposals for developing our operating culture”.
As a result, we form a shared vision of the different solutions we can use to promote collaborative and respectful operational culture. Participation is completely anonymous and voluntary.
