Eudaimonia and the Human Sciences Doctoral Programme of University of Oulu organise the 3rd crossdisciplinary Eudaimonia Summer School btw. 17-20 June 2019 at the University of Oulu Linnanmaa campus.
The summer school is targeted at doctoral students, but also more senior researchers are welcome to attend. Primarily the program is open to the researchers of the University of Oulu, but participants from other universities may apply.
The Summer School is built around crossdisciplinary courses organised by one or several research groups. As depicted in the schedule (below), there will be courses running during the mornings and other courses in the afternoons. The participants can enrol on a maximum of two courses (one morning course and one afternoon course). In addition, there will be 3 keynote talks - Professor Petri Ylikoski (Monday), Chief Architect Otso Kassinen and Senior Research Fellow Mourad Oussalah (Tuesday) and Professor Martha Nussbaum (Wednesday) - for topics see the detailed timetable below. The programme also includes socials for all participants.
