Arboretum (woody plant collection) is home to more than 600 different tree species divided into three areas according to the geographical origin of the plants.

The area of 10 hectares, which consists of subsections of Asia, Europe and North America, spreads to the edges of the garden area and border to natural forest as well as the shores of Lake Kuivasjärvi.

Arboretum also includes hill area with continental shrub species and meadow vegetation from Asian mountains, Central and Southern European mountains and North America.
