11:00–11:30 The Oulu University Chamber Orchestra: Christmas Melodies
In this atmospheric Christmas concert, the Oulu University Chamber Orchestra (OUCO) performs beloved holiday tunes and beautiful arrangements that capture the spirit of the season, gently guiding the audience toward the warmth and joy of Christmas.
11:30–12:00 Cassiopeia: Beloved Christmas Songs
Cassiopeia invites the audience to join in singing familiar and beloved Christmas songs. At this cultural lunch event, you can enjoy the joy of communal singing together with Cassiopeia’s singers and other enthusiastic lovers of the holiday season.
Venue: Restaurant Mustikka, central lobby of the Linnanmaa campus (Erkki Koiso-Kanttilankatu 1)
The event is open to everyone and free of charge.
In 2026, the University of Oulu will organize a year-long Campus as a Stage event series, the purpose of which is to showcase the broad cultural expertise of our university community and bring culture to the everyday life of our campuses and to the wider public. The series includes culture lunches, culture lectures, After Work events, various exhibitions and community art works, and art tours of the university's art collections.
