Campus as a Stage: Culture Lunches - Duo Jäljet

The idea of culture lunches is to bring cultural experiences to surprising and unexpected situations, such as during peak lunch restaurant hours. For example several interest societies under the University of Oulu Student Union participate in enriching everyday mealtimes on our campuses with both music and theater. Check out the exact event times, when and in which restaurant the culture lunch will take place, and head there for lunch!

This time the Culture Lunch will be hosted by the Professor band's ensemble Duo Jäljet. The Duo will perform songs from both sides of love. You are welcome to join the lunch to enjoy some duo music!

This Culture Lunch will be held at the Kontinkangas campus, in the Kieppi main building next to Medisiina restaurant.

In 2026, the University of Oulu will organize a year-long Campus as a Stage event series, the purpose of which is to showcase the broad cultural expertise of our university community and bring culture to the everyday life of our campuses and to the wider public. The series includes culture lunches, culture lectures, After Work events, various exhibitions and community art works, and art tours of the university's art collections.
