Campus as a Stage Exhibition: Children's animation movie

Animation based on a children's research project, which was made together with the children's groups at Open Early Education LASTU. The animation has been implemented using the multi-stage methods of STEAM pedagogy. STEAM comes from the words Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

The animation will premiere on November 18, 2026, 9.00 am at Tellus Linnanmaa Stage as a part of the University of Oulu's Art & Tech week programme. You are welcome to join the premiere audience! The duration of the event is approximately 15 minutes.

This event part of the University of Oulu’s Campus as a Stage 2026 culture programme. In 2026, the University of Oulu will organize a year-long Campus as a Stage event series, which aims to showcase the broad cultural expertise of our university community and bring culture to everyday life on our campuses and to a wider audience. The series includes cultural lunches, cultural lectures, After Work events, various exhibitions and community art works, and art tours of the university's art collections.
