Heini Pensar explores what neurodivergence means in professional settings – and how organizations can create structures, cultures, and practices that support diverse ways of thinking and working. Staff and students are welcome to learn how neuro-friendly approaches can strengthen collaboration, creativity, and performance at work.
D.Sc. Heini Pensar is a specialist in leadership and organizational behavior. She works as a university lecturer at the University of Vaasa and also provides independent consulting, helping clients develop strategies that support goal-oriented, self-directed work and shared leadership practices. As an active member of the NeuroPRISM Consortium, Heini Pensar leads the practical efforts to create neuro-friendly environments in higher education and the workplace.
