ECO2024: European Congress on Obesity

The next ECO2024, 31st European Congress on Obesity, will be held in Venice, Italy, between the 12th and 15th of May 2024.

ECO2024 will feature an innovative and interactive programme covering the many facets of obesity. The programme is designed to be engaging and promote interaction and debate on the hottest topics in obesity research. Innovative digital solutions will be introduced to facilitate access to scientific content and networking.

The programme will include plenary and thematic sessions, teaching workshops, and moderated research communication sessions. The programme topics are organized into four main areas:

• 'Basic research',
• 'Behaviour and public health',
• 'Child and adolescent obesity', and
• 'Management and interventions'.

Scientific leaders worldwide have been invited to bring together their collective expertise. We encourage all those interested to submit an abstract and present their work at the meeting.
