Join us for a delightful culinary experience and discover the secrets behind one of Italy’s most beloved desserts — tiramisù!
In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare the authentic Italian recipe step by step, using simple, fresh ingredients like mascarpone, coffee, and cocoa. Together, we’ll explore the story and cultural background of this iconic dessert while mixing, layering, and tasting your own handmade creation. No cooking experience required — just curiosity and a sweet tooth! Participants will make and enjoy their own tiramisù and take home the knowledge (and the recipe) to recreate it anytime. A fun, delicious way to experience a true taste of Italy!
Please note that the main language of the event is English. The event is organized by volunteer students and staff members from the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences.

Please note that you must pre-register for the event. Due to limited capacity, we can accommodate 15 participants. We take registrations until November 16, 23.59 or until all the sports are reserved.
Please note that only traditional ingredients will be used: gluten-free or lactose free options are not available.
The University of Oulu, in collaboration with Oulu University of Applied Sciences, the Student Union of the University of Oulu, and the Student Union of Oulu University of Applied Sciences, is organizing the Festival of Cultures week to celebrate our multicultural community in Oulu and promote cultural awareness.
