What is the Learning and well-being walk-in?

Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about a different university service or theme that supports studying and wellbeing. Experts from the Learning Support and Wellbeing Centre will be available on a rotating basis, including study psychologists, guidance professionals, sports planners, and career counsellors (depending on the date).

This week you can come and talk about the mentoring programme of University of Oulu. What will students get out of mentoring and how can one apply to the programme? Why does the programme get consistent positive feedback? You can drop in without an appointment between 11:00 and 13:00 in room YT101 on the Linnanmaa campus.

Why should you come?

  • No appointment needed. Drop in whenever it suits you.
  • A quick and confidential discussion (please note that other students may be present in the room).
  • Practical tips and advice that you can put into use right away.
  • An easy first step if you have concerns or questions about your well-being, physical activity, or recovery.
