What will you get?
All University of Oulu students can come to the learning and wellbeing walk-in. You can receive quick guidance and low-threshold support on topics such as:
- learning difficulties
- time management
- the role of physical activity and recovery in wellbeing
- career thoughts and planning for the future
- coping and stress during studies
Specialists from the Centre for Learning Support and Wellbeing will be present on a rotating basis, including study psychologists, guidance professionals, sports planners, and career counsellors.
Please note that the walk-in sessions are intended for getting to know the services. If you wish to receive more in-depth guidance, you will need to book a separate individual guidance appointment. We will explain during the walk-in how to make a booking!
