Library workshop: Zotero reference manager

Take control of your references with ease – Zotero is a free tool that helps you collect, organise, share, and use your sources efficiently. Zotero works with most web browsers and word processing programmes. With Zotero, you can create in-text citations and bibliographies in various referencing styles. In the workshop, you will learn the basics of Zotero and ease your workflow!

See Library’s Zotero guide for more information.

The English-language workshop is on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at 15, and you can take part in zoom. No registration needed. Welcome!

This workshop is intended for students and staff of the University of Oulu and Oamk. In the workshops, we adhere to the Oulu University Library principles of a safer space.

If you’d rather take part in the workshop in Finnish, you can attend the Finnish-speaking workshop on Friday 27 November! You can find the schedule for all Fall semester workshops on the library’s website.
