This is a participatory and immersive installation in which visitors’ brushstrokes—made either in the air or on a physical surface—serve as the starting point of the piece. The movement is interpreted by AI and visualized on an LED screen installed in the space, forming the visual core of the installation.

The artwork evolves through continuous interaction: the image displayed on the screen acts as a prompt for subsequent AI interpretations, creating a feedback loop between participants and the piece. The traces left by participants accumulate into a shared, ever-evolving visual surface—a digital mirror in which individual gestures merge into a collective expression.

The workshop utilizes technologies such as StreamDiffusion and Depth-Anything, as well as projection mapping and camera-based recognition. The technical implementation of the workshop is carried out by Studio Käpynä Oy, and it is organized as part of the LuovAIn! – AI in the Creative and Cultural Industries Ecosystem project.

Come and experience how AI, movement, and collective creativity come together as a living artwork at the heart of the SOHJO event.
