The Learning Support and Wellbeing Center and UniOGS want to invite doctoral researchers to take part in a three-part series of workshops designed to help you navigate questions about the future and uncertainty, and the pressures that often come with them.

The workshops offer a chance to exchange with peers in similar situations, and explore some practical ways of making sense of your skills, direction, and next steps in a supportive setting.

The sessions are facilitated by Iina Tolonen, career councelor, and Hanna-Liisa Kärsämä, study psychologist.

Workshop dates and themes

  • Living with pressure and uncertainty - Wed 20 May, 2-4 PM
  • Recognising your own expertise - Wed 10 June, 2-4 PM
  • Future thinking - Thu 20 August, 2-4 PM
