Outgoing Exchange Orientation for students going on exchange in spring 2026

The University of Oulu and Oamk's joint orientation for students going on exchange in spring 2026 will be held on Monday, October 27, from 2:00-4:30 p.m. in Saalastinsali hall at Linnanmaa campus. The event program consists of two parts. The first part, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., is specific to each higher education institution, and the second part, from 3:00-4:30 p.m., is common to all. It is not possible to follow the event remotely, and it will not be recorded.

Part 1, Monday, October 27, 2:00–4:30 p.m. Location: Linnanmaa, Saalastinsali
• 2:00–3:00 p.m.: Information package on the most important topics: grants, practical arrangements, and preparing for the exchange.
• 3:00–4:30 p.m.: Meet & Greet: over coffee or tea, get to know other students who are going to the same destination country, and hear about the experiences and tips for a successful exchange from those who have been on an exchange before. OYY and Osako will also be present.
