The ability to communicate your research clearly and persuasively is an essential skill for researchers. Whether you are presenting at conferences, or introducing your work to interdisciplinary audiences, a strong pitch helps your research stand out.
This is the first part of a two-part workshop series. In Part I, you will learn techniques for crafting a concise research pitch and begin developing your own. You are welcome to attend Part I of the workshop on its own; participation in Part II is recommended for practice, but it is not required. The workshop and joint discussion are conducted in English, but you’re welcome to use Finnish during the working sessions. The workshop will take place if at least six people register.
