SmartCanvas - Immerse yourself into scenes of Oulu and beyond

The SmartCanvas installation is an interactive art installation where visitors can take pictures of themselves and select different colourful artistic filters to modify the picture to look like a painting. Visitors can interact using hand gestures with the installation - making it an engaging experience, independent of any specific language! The images from SmartCanvas are very artistic. Visitors have several filters to choose from and they represent a very varied selection, which represents and marks the diversity of cultures at Oulu University, including scenes from Oulu!
