Study Abroad Fair 2025

Would you like to learn more about exchange studies abroad?

The International Mobility Services warmly welcomes all students to the Study Abroad Fair 2025 to hear more about study and traineeship exchange opportunities, exchange grants, and how to apply. Students who have already been on exchange will share their own experiences.

Studying or doing a traineeship abroad is a wonderful and educational experience during which you can earn credits just like you would while studying at the University of Oulu.

Study Abroad Fair is part of the Festival of Cultures (Festival of Cultures 2025 | University of Oulu)

Event 1: Study Abroad Fair

• University of Oulu: Tuesday, 18 November 2025, 11:30–14:30 – in front of the Career Centre
• You’ll have the opportunity to talk with exchange students and with staff from the International Mobility Services, and take part in a raffle.
• There will also be a short info session about the upcoming tutor recruitment at 11:45–12:00. Come hear about the experiences of previous tutors and get the best tips!
• You’ll also receive information about the UNIC European University and the international opportunities it offers.

Event 2: Stories from Abroad – Movie Night

• Wednesday, 19 November 2025, 16:15–17:30 at Tellus Stage
• Join us for a relaxed evening featuring videos showcasing student exchange experiences. Chat with exchange ambassadors, enjoy popcorn, and get inspired for your own adventure abroad!
