How well do the university's current services meet the needs of students and support the smooth progress of their studies? By answering the survey, you will help the University of Oulu to improve the quality of services for students.

The aim of the survey is to evaluate and develop the services offered to students to support their studies and well-being. We want to hear how well the current services are currently working, where there is room for improvement and what good practices should be strengthened.

Answering the survey will take about 10 minutes, and each answer will bring us closer to a more student-friendly university.

The response deadline is February 20, 2026.

In the survey, you can choose the services you want to answer. The following services are included in the evaluation:

  • Library
  • Faculty study services
  • Study psychologist services
  • Career guidance/Career Centre services
  • UniMove sports services
  • Tellus
  • ICT services
  • Lobby services
  • OYY services.

Each service unit will process its own feedback received through the survey.

We will be raffling off 20 movie tickets to Star in connection with the survey. If you would like to participate in the movie ticket raffle, you will be redirected to a separate form where you can leave your contact information for the raffle.

Your contact information cannot be linked to your survey responses.
