Applying for an Erasmus+ exchange in Europe

Applications for Erasmus+ exchanges in Europe are open from February 1 to 28, 2026, for exchange places in the fall semester of 2026 and spring semester of 2027. Applications are submitted via SoleMOVE. Apply for the exchange by filling in the electronic application form in the SoleMOVE mobility database. You will need to attach the following to your application:

• a transcript of records showing your grade point average. You can download your transcript from Peppi-Atomi.

• a preliminary study plan for each destination you are applying for.

Please note that the Peppi service will be unavailable from February 23-27. Unfortunately, the service interruption coincides with the last week of the Erasmus+ application round. We encourage students to apply for the exchange this week, if possible. Due to an update of the Peppi system, downloading transcripts and approving preliminary study plans may be delayed next week.
