This free coaching process includes three online one-on-one meetings with a trained professional coach. The service is intended for university and polytechnic students in the final stages of their studies, as well as for doctoral candidates throughout Finland.

The application period for the autumn 2026 NyytiCoaching program is now open. The application period ends on September 22nd. The actual coaching processes will take place from October to December.
