Doctoral supervision training for supervisors 2025-26
The aim of the training is to provide targeted support for supervisors. The participants will get the possibility to share experiences and knowledge, learn about best practices and learn from each other. The content of the training will include basic knowledge of supervision from research-based perspective, critical points in supervision, ethics in supervision, etc. The training will consist of two plenary lectures and of small group meetings with peer-mentoring approach as a mode of working. The first one of the group meetings is organized as a distant meeting and the mode for following meetings will be decided together. Plenary lectures are open to all supervisors.
Enrolment to the training is done in Webropol. You can also enroll just to the plenary lectures. To supervisors accepted to the peer-mentoring sessions a non-degree study right will be generated for the course. Participants will get 1-2 credits from the training.
The training will be provided during study year 2025-2026 in English and is organized by the University Pedagogy Research and Education team.
