Exchanges outside Europe: Call for applications 1.-20.11.2026

The exchange application round for destinations outside Europe at the University of Oulu is open from 1 to 20 November 2026. This application round includes bilateral destinations as well as destinations under the ISEP and north2north exchange programmes. In this application round, you can apply for an exchange for the autumn of 2027 or the spring of 2028. The exact dates of the exchange are determined by the host university’s academic calendar. The duration of the exchange is always one semester.

Applications for destinations outside Europe will open on 1 November at 8.00 and close on 20 November at 15.00. The online application and the required supporting documents must be submitted via the University of Oulu’s SoleMOVE system. Please note that the exchange destinations included in this application round are subject to change and will be confirmed by the start of the application period.
