Exchanges outside Europe: Call for applications April 1-17, 2026

The application period for the University of Oulu’s exchange destinations outside Europe is open from 1–17 April 2026. The application round includes the bilateral destinations that remained unfilled in the application round held in November 2025, as well as the destinations offered through the ISEP exchange programme. The exchange period is spring 2027.

In this application round, you can apply for an exchange in spring 2027. The exact dates of exchange are determined according to the host university's academic calendar. The duration of exchange is always one term per student.

During their studies at the University of Oulu, students can be selected for each exchange programme once.

The Call is open from Wed, April 1 at 08:00 until Friday, April 17 at 15:00. Please note that the availability of exchange destinations is subject to change.

The online application and required application enclosures are submitted through the University of Oulu SoleMOVE online system. Students log in to SoleMOVE with their University of Oulu personal account. Late applications are not considered.
