Fundamentals of Microwave Heating and Applications

Course Fundamentals of Microwave Heating and Applications , aimed at postgraduate students, will be held in late October.

This course will introduce the participants to the fields of microwave heating and its applications in materials, chemical, environmental, metallurgical processes and clean energy technologies. The course combines fundamentals of microwave heating and interaction with materials, experimental laboratory work, and project-based assignments to enable students to integrate microwave heating concepts into their own research.

Who should attend?

The course is particularly suitable for doctoral researchers in materials science, process and chemical engineering, metallurgy, environmental and mining engineering, including researchers who are interested in exploring microwave heating as part of their current or future research.
