Hi first-year student, how are you?

We hope your first autumn at the University of Oulu has gone well, and that you have enjoyed your time with us! We would love to hear more about how your studies at the University of Oulu have started. By answering the orientation survey, you can share your experiences and thoughts about your first semester with us.

It's important for us to hear your experiences, as they help us to improve the start of new students' studies and to support a smooth study path right from the beginning. So thank you for your answers! 🧡

The orientation survey is aimed at new students who have started their studies at the University of Oulu in Autumn 2023. The survey covers pre-orientation and communication, orientation experiences, guidance and support, a sense of belonging in a group and community, and teaching and studying.

Whether you are a student in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, we hope you will answer the survey 🥰 The deadline for responses is Wednesday 20.12.2023.

The survey is carried out by the University of Oulu Academic Affairs and the results of the anonymous survey will be used to develop the areas identified in the survey for the first year of studies.

We will compile a summary of the responses we receive after the end of the survey and publish them on the student page.
