I4WORLD Annual Communication Award 2026

The I4WORLD Dissemination Committee grants the Annual Communication Award to boost public communication efforts. I4WORLD researchers can propose only one activity, which must involve public communication and be self-implemented. Evaluation criteria include clarity, effectiveness, creativity and accessibility.
I4WORLD doctoral programme co-funded by the European Union

This year, the Committee received excellent and versatile proposals by researchers, including blog posts, Researchers' Night demonstrations, school visits and social media writings. We encourage researchers to continue with their communication efforts!

The committee granted the I4WORLD Annual Communication Award 2026 to doctoral researcher Ifra Arif on her blog published at the Science with Arctic Attitude. In her blog: Beyond human vision: How AI can help in smarter tissue analysis she communicated her complex research topic in an understandable and relatable way to wider audience.

The Dissemination committee opens the next Annual communication Award 2027 call late this year.
