Ict.oulu.fi is a shared service, so remember to first select your own category, which is For UniOulu students. This is how you end up with the right instructions.

The Campus ICT Service Point will help you on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in KE1020 which is on Opintokatu. You can find your way through the MazeMap app. Support phone (0294 483 124) and e-mail (ict@oulu.fi) are open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3.45 p.m. Possible changes to opening hours are also explained at ict.oulu.fi.
