ICT Services during Christmas and New Year
Our service point is closed during Christmas and the turn of the year. The helpline is on call on all weekdays with reduced service time.
Our helpline phone 0294 483124 is open on every weekdays of Christmas and New Year but with reduced service time as follows:
- From 22 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 our helpline phone is open from 8 am to 2 pm, with the exception for 23 December, when services close at 1 pm.
- You can send us email: ict@oulu.fi.
- After Epiphany we will return to normal opening hours on 7 January 2026.
We will close the Campus ICT Service Point and move to Kompassi
- Campus ICT Service Point will be closed from 19 December 2025 to 6 January 2026.
- After the Epiphany, we will continue our operations from 7 January 2026 onwards in the new premises KE1020. You can find the new Campus ICT Service Point in Kompassi at Opintokatu. You can also use the MazeMap app.
