Maintenance work on Linnanmaa campus network on Sunday, July 12, 2026 - network interruptions possible

During the maintenance, there may be short interruptions in network connectivity. These interruptions may affect devices connected to the campus network, wireless networks, remote connections to the campus network, and other services that rely on the campus network.

Under normal circumstances, any interruptions will last only a few seconds, and you may not notice them at all. However, ongoing video meetings and other services that require a continuous network connection may be disconnected during the maintenance and require reconnection. Mobile operators’ own cellular networks will continue to function normally. If problems occur during the update, an individual service interruption may last approximately five minutes. In very exceptional cases, resolving disruptions could take several hours.

We have scheduled the maintenance for a Sunday in July, when network usage is typically lower. We will make every effort to minimize the impact of the maintenance and restore services to normal operation as quickly as possible.
