Students’ M365 issues have been fixed

For students, the M365 login (e.g. Moodle) and M365 applications are working again as usual.

Today (September 11, 2025) we received several reports from students that the M365 apps were not working and licenses had been lost. Also M365 login did not function, and it is used in many of our services. As a result, students could not e.g. use email, join online meetings or log in to Moodle.

ICT services investigated this issue together with Microsoft support.
