Programmes of the Conferment Ceremony have been sent individually to all participants. Due to reasons beyond organizer's control, it is possbile that the programmes may not reach all the recipients simultaneously.
The programmes of the Conferment Ceremony have been sent individually to each registered participant as well as companions and additional accompanying persons. Please note, that due to reasons beyond the control of the organizers of the event, it is possible that programmes will not reach all the participants simultaneously.
