Service interruptions on Oulu.fi and JOY's website 20.–21.10. – electronic forms out of use 23.–24.10.
A server transfer to the Oulu.fi service and JOY's online service at joy.oulu.fi will be carried out on 20–21 October 2025, when there will be service interruptions. A server transfer to the university's electronic forms service e-Forms will also take place on 23–24 October, and electronic forms will be out of use during the update.
The server transfers have been scheduled for the autumn break week in Northern Finland, when there is less teaching and the disruptions will cause as little inconvenience to users as possible. The university apologises for the interruptions.
