The student quota places in the P2- and P8- parking areas of the Linnanmaa campus are full

The University of Oulu student parking in the heating pole areas is concentrated in the P2 and P8 areas. Other University of Oulu heating pole areas are only for use by university staff

You should keep an eye on the student quota places that may become available in early November, because there may be places available at the end of October.
