There are problems with mobile printing. Please use the secure print queues, they are functioning normally.

Secure printing to Canon devices works best directly from a computer via the secure print queue (RPS) installed on the device. Mobile printing, i.e. sending a print job to secure printers via email, currently only works sometimes.

As a student using your own device or a loan laptop from the device‑lending service, you can print via the AVD remote desktop. The RPS secure print queue is automatically available there. In addition, AVD works on any network, meaning you can also use it from home if needed.

On classroom computers maintained by the University of Oulu at both the University of Oulu and Oamk, printing works normally. If needed, see the printing instructions at ict.oulu.fi. Secure print queues have been installed on these devices. If they do not appear for some reason, you can add the secure print queue to your computer by following the instructions.

According to our printing service provider, the issue with mobile printing lies in the system they are using. Unfortunately, they cannot provide a schedule for a fix, as the resolution does not depend solely on the service provider. We will notify users separately once mobile printing is functioning normally again.
